St Dunstan’s mails three raffles a year - Spring, Summer and Christmas.  If you wish to be added to our raffle mailing list, please call 0300 111 2233.  Please see below our rules for each raffle.

Raffle rules

Prizes are open to all UK residents except employees of St Dunstan’s, their agencies and other companies having connection with the production of the raffle; and their relatives.

We are committed to promoting responsible gambling.  Our raffles:

  • Protect the young and vulnerable
  • Encourage fair and open play
  • Keep crime out of gambling

Children

Tickets are not for sale to or by anyone under 16 years of age.

St Dunstan’s is a member of the Lottery CouncilGREaT Foundation UK and contributes to the The GREaT Foundation which has been set up to promote and encourage responsible gambling, by funding gambling research and education and the treatment of problem gambling, providing access to support where needed.

St Dunstan’s is registered with the Gambling Commission under the 2005 Gambling Act.

The Gambling Commission was set up under the Gambling Act 2005 to regulate commercial gambling in Great Britain and further information can be found at the Gambling Commission

Self-exclusion

While most of our supporters gamble within their means, we recognise that gambling can be a problem for some. 

If you are worried about your gambling or that of someone close to you, GamCare can provide support and information.  To support problem gamblers, we operate a self-exclusion policy which means you will not receive any marketing material from us about our raffles. Complaints

Any complaints regarding the draw can be made directly to St Dunstan’s by contacting our dedicated supporter care team on 0300 111 2233 or by email at enquiries@st-dunstans.org.uk

We will respond to initial complaints and queries within 48 hours of receipt of the complaint.

If the complaint is not satisfactorily resolved, the matter will be escalated to a St Dunstan’s Director of Fundraising (Andrew Jones).

Every complaint will be taken seriously and fully considered by St Dunstan’s in order that a satisfactory resolution can be achieved.

In the event that a satisfactory outcome can still not be reached, in accordance with the agreed protocol arranged on behalf of members by the Lotteries Council the matter will be referred to The Independent Betting Adjudication Service (IBAS), which acts as an impartial adjudicator on disputes that arise between gambling operators and their customers.

ii. The player will be provided with IBAS referral details.

iii. The outcome of IBAS intervention will be reported to the Gambling Commission.
